GBST’s SuperStream Gateway messaging hub is fully compliant with all aspects of the Federal Government’s Stronger Super legislative reforms. It sends and receives superannuation documents to and from other SuperStream participants including other gateways, funds, and employers and since inception in 2013, has processed more than 2.5 million transactions.

All messages are sent, received, and stored for auditing purposes according to Australian Taxation Office (ATO) standards to ensure complete compliance.

GBST is a signatory to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that that governs the operation of the Gateway Network Governance Board (GNGB). We are on the GNGB technical workgroup, and one of the accredited SuperStream Gateway Operators in Australia.

GBST’s SuperStream gateway can be easily integrated with our Composer wealth management administration platform and our Catalyst front end digital customer platform.

Fully hosted and managed solution

This SuperStream certified product leverages our extensive network of messaging capabilities as well as our current infrastructure, hosting, and support services, delivering a high degree of availability and quality messaging management.

An administrative console allows for real-time monitoring of message status and tracking as well as resending and troubleshooting. This ensures maximum flexibility and control over messages whilst ensuring complete compliance with SuperStream legislation.

SuperStream Gateway specifications include:

• ebMS message handler and ebMS message producer/consumer
• Complies with the AS4 Profile of the ebMS 3.0 specification
• Supports trading partner management, non-repudiation, secured signing, encryption, and guaranteed delivery
• Supports large messaging handling, splitting, and joining

SuperStream Process Adapter

For those already working with a Gateway provider, we also offer a range of components for the straight through processing and compliance of business transactions sent and received through the SuperStream network.
