SynTransactionManager is used by investment banks, clearers and brokers to manage the entire trade lifecycle, post execution and prior to settlement, potentially against many back office systems.
Like other Syn products, SynTransactionManager is modular for individual deployment to address specific needs. For instance, an institution can initially take the product to only perform position management, or to provide a solution for trade Electronic Trade Confirmation (ETC) matching and allocation.
All business types are accommodated, including agency and proprietary trading, stock borrowing and lending, and repos. Business types are accommodated for multiple and diverse asset classes, from equities, FI and debt through to Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives. Like all Syn products, SynTransactionManager has contemporaneous end-of-day by geographical or business regions.
