Project Manager - Brisbane

GBST has invested heavily in new technologies in recent years. Our success with some of these technologies is visible in a recent Google case study. We are advocates of agile development and make use of test automation tooling.

In order to continue our success, we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our technology team in Brisbane.

We are seeking candidates who are interested in investing in their skills and building a long term successful career.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:-

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector.
  • A proven track record in delivering high-value projects on time and on-budget.
  • A strong background and training in Project Management.
  • Experience in an Agile software development environment, specifically using Scrum.
  • A proven ability to communicate with and deal at all levels of management.
  • A proven ability to lead a team.
  • The ability to work independently, and to use initiative.
  • The capacity to both think strategically and ensure the operational detail is covered.
  • Ability to be flexible and manage change according to client demand.
  • You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills - both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and desire to build strong, trusted and lasting relationships.
  • Most importantly, to share the GBST values – initiative, teamwork, professionalism & customer service, integrity, people and success.
