Business Analyst - Watford, UK

In order to continue our success, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Watford, UK.

The essential requirements for this role are:

• Experience in investment banking business operations knowledge in either the middle or back office is essential for this role.
• A track record of software solution delivery within the finance sector
• Proven practical problem solving and analysis experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• A commitment to process improvement
• Awareness of risk management
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated and self managed.
• Willingness to take on extra responsibility as needed
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

While not essential, the following attributes are highly desirable:

• Global market exposure
• Range of asset classes
• Experience of working for a vendor
• Exposure to different Business Analysis techniques and processes
